RABBLE Theatre – Terms & Conditions
We want everyone to have a safe, fun, and positive experience at RABBLE. To help make that happen, please take note of the following:
Bookings & Payments
- Your booking is only confirmed once payment has been received.
- Spaces are given on a first-come, first-served basis, with paid bookings taking priority.
Behaviour
- We work hard to create a welcoming and supportive environment. Anyone found bullying, misbehaving, or being disruptive may be asked to leave the programme without a refund.
Health & Safety
- Please tell us about all medical conditions when registering and keep us updated by emailing admin@rabbletheatre.com or calling us.
- Students should not attend if they have been unwell (any illness) within 48 hours of the class.
Refunds & Cancellations
- All bookings are non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances, refunds may be considered at RABBLE’s discretion. If a refund is agreed, it will be minus any fees plus a £15 admin charge.
- We can’t issue refunds for missed sessions due to personal circumstances.
- If RABBLE has to cancel a class (for reasons beyond our control), we’ll do our best to offer a “make-up” session. If that’s not possible, we’ll provide a credit for the missed class. If you can’t attend the make-up, no refund will be given.
Ongoing Classes
- For termly classes, we require one term’s notice if you wish to withdraw.
Liability
- RABBLE Theatre and its staff cannot accept responsibility for any loss or injury during sessions.
